This is a gathering place for those of us turning the pages of our lives with a sense of playfulness and possibility.

Since curiosity, creativity and connection sits at the heart of it all, how about we introduce ourselves?

Get to know me

Hi, I’m Sarah — a designer, mentor and writer with two decades of experience in branding and business. I run my studio, These Are The Days, from a cosy wee corner of the Scottish Borders where I’m endlessly inspired by my colour-and-nature-loving kids and kept company by our curious cat, Bella.

I share what I know and learn through collaborative articles, creative essays and podcast episodes — a blend of solo reflections and guest conversations — all shaped by a love of branding and the seasons of life and work.

I find comfort in ritual. Making a hot drink in a favourite mug, lighting a candle with intention and cosying up indoors with a seasonal playlist. But I’m just as at home in nature, and with a deep affinity for the sea, the stunning and tranquil Isle of Harris is my happy place. I can't wait to return.
